Our crews are IICRC-trained and work to the S520 standard for mold remediation and S500 for water damage. That means containment sized to the scope, negative air where it is warranted, removal of porous materials that cannot be cleaned, and drying verified with meter readings rather than by feel.

Before any demolition, you get a written scope: what we found, what we intend to remove, what we intend to dry in place, what we will not touch, and what has to be corrected by another trade. If a roofer, plumber or HVAC contractor needs to be involved, we will say so plainly instead of remediating around an active leak.

We are also careful about what we do not claim. We do not diagnose health conditions, we do not sell “toxic mold” scares, we do not guarantee that a claim will be paid, and we do not promise elimination of every spore — no one can. The realistic objective is moisture control and appropriate remediation, documented well enough that anyone reviewing it later can see exactly what happened.
