Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Customer," "Client," or "User") and GoMoldRemoval ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), overseen by authorized representative Dushyant Hirwani.

By navigating our website (gomoldremoval.com), filling out digital quote questionnaires, scheduling property triage, or approving on-site restoration services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

Services Provided & Operating Role

GoMoldRemoval operates a nationwide coordination platform matching residential and commercial property owners with licensed, certified, and insured environmental remediation and restoration contractors.

Our core service scope includes:

Mold Inspection & Source Mapping: Non-destructive moisture meter scanning, thermal imaging, and visual damage boundary mapping.
Independent Testing Verification: Coordinating third-party AIHA-accredited lab sampling (air spore traps, tape lifts) when appropriate.
Containment & HEPA Filtration: Isolation chambers, negative air machines, and air scrubber setups complying with IICRC S520.
Remediation & Structural Drying: HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial treatment, affected porous material removal, and commercial dehumidification.

Quotes, Estimates & Written Scopes

Transparent Estimation Policy

Initial Estimates: Online or triage quotes are preliminary estimates based upon customer-supplied details and visual impressions.
Mandatory Written Scope: Before any invasive cutting, demolition, or equipment operation begins, technicians furnish a written scope specifying square footage, containment barriers, drying equipment, and fixed costs.
Unforeseen Conditions & Change Orders: If concealed moisture pockets or hazardous substances (e.g. asbestos) are discovered behind walls, written authorization is obtained prior to additional scope execution.

Customer Responsibilities & Property Access

To ensure thorough remediation and safe conditions for occupants and crew members, clients agree to:

Property Authority & Access

Confirm you are legally authorized to grant access to all affected zones, attics, crawlspaces, and mechanical areas.

Utilities & Power Provision

Maintain active electrical and water utilities required to run commercial dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and extractors continuously.

Hazard Disclosure

Disclose known structural defects, structural pest damage, historical asbestos or lead paint presence, or chemical contamination.

Containment Integrity

Keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from sealed plastic containment chambers and active negative air equipment.

Payment Terms & Insurance Documentation

Payment obligations are specified on your individual written work agreement. Standard payments are processed through secure digital gateways, bank transfers, or approved insurance disbursements.

Insurance Claim Assistance: We furnish detailed daily moisture logs, thermal infrared scans, photo logs, and Xactimate line-item records to your insurance adjuster. However, property owners remain responsible for final invoice balances in the event of insurance denial or policy deductible shortfalls.

IICRC Standards & Lab Verification

All remediation protocols align with the IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation and IICRC S500 Standard for Professional Water Damage Restoration.

When clearance testing or pre-remediation air sampling is contracted, all spore trap canisters and microbial cultures are evaluated by independent, accredited laboratories to guarantee impartial, lab-certified results.

Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

Moisture Control Responsibility: Fungal spores exist naturally in ambient outdoor air and require moisture to germinate. Remediation eliminates active colonies and dries wet assemblies; permanent prevention requires maintaining indoor humidity below 50% and promptly addressing roof, plumbing, or groundwater intrusions.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, GoMoldRemoval, its affiliates, and representatives (including Dushyant Hirwani) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or environmental conditions beyond reasonable contractor control.

Intellectual Property Rights

All website text, educational graphics, calculators, city directory guides, brand logos, and underlying code are the exclusive intellectual property of GoMoldRemoval. Commercial scraping, duplication, or unauthorized republication is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. In the event of any disagreement, the parties agree to seek informal good-faith resolution by contacting our customer compliance team before commencing formal legal proceedings.
